What is SCINEMA?

 

SCINEMA is the largest science film festival in the southern hemisphere, showcasing the best science feature, short, documentary, animated and experimental films from filmmakers around the world.

Is SCINEMA suitable for children?

 

The SCINEMA International Film Festival contains some scenes which may not be suitable for children. The winning film, The Face of a Stranger, documents a facial transplant operation and contains some graphic scenes that may be confronting for younger viewers. Parental discretion is advised.

 

 

Are tickets refundable?

 

If tickets are purchased through the cinema, please contact them directly. If you have purchased tickets via Eventbrite refunds are available up to 7 days before the screening. Please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
